Incognito rants on Twitter...

Or maybe he is telling the truth... This story is way too wishy washy.. I called it yesterday that a NFL Rule change due to this scandal will be what protects Micheal Sam in the NFL. Another example of an Agenda. Write that down. I will bump this post when it happens.

Oh and Ted Wells isnt going to do an interview about his write up because everything needed is in that document...Are you kidding me?? When was the last time someone broke something of this big and would not hold a press release? This whole thing is a crock of ish.

So even the independent investigator is out to get Incognito?

Please elaborate on this "agenda".

The guy could have simply shut up and he may have been OK.

Basic risk management is what any college grad needs these days. NFL or not.

Every time I teach & they allow me to include a class of my choosing, I propose "Business of Theatre" which deals a lot with risk management.

Clearly, u want to believe Icognito.

folks like me have learned a long time ago, if one protest to much then there's guilt. Maybe u may not think much of Incognito's behavior as a big deal but he's guilty.

Yeah guys I am smelling the exact same thing that CatfanMO is. If you have read my posts I am on board that Incognito is a complete douche and idiot and bully. But I actually went and read about half of the Wells report and it comes across as very political and very agenda driven.

I've read too many of these lawyers reports and it just smells.

Will read some more tomorrow and try to make some observations.

Well, it's all about how you interpret it.

I'll look over the full report tonight probably, but I was just trying to figure out why CatfanMO felt the need to insert Michael Sam into this.

By the way, while people are screaming conspiracy about Incognito being railroaded, understand that this isn't just about Martin.

We found that the Assistant Trainer, who was born in Japan, was the target of frequent and persistent harassment, including insults relating to his race and national origin. This included joking threats -- with props -- to harm the trainer on the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Probably comes from the conclusion on page 140 of the report

As all must surely recognize, the NFL is not an ordinary workplace.

Professional football is a rough, contact sport played by men of exceptional size, speed,

strength and athleticism. But even the largest, strongest and fleetest person may be

driven to despair by bullying, taunting and constant insults. We encourage the creation of

new workplace conduct rules and guidelines that will help ensure that players respect

each other as professionals and people.

Well I would have to say that may be reaching then.

Yeah as far as tying the 2 stories together, but the NFL does need to get ahead of this, because we all know more players will be coming out in the future. And I do believe there was a secret bully/love affair going on here.

I am just practicing critical thinking. Something that is rarely taught in schools any more..

Reading the stuff in that report and still being able to say anything remotely positive about Richie Incognito doesn't sound like a great example of 'critical thinking'.

This putz is most definitely never coming anywhere near this team. My guess is that he's off a lot of other team's radar screens too.

It's hard to believe anybody would still suggest we should sign him.

The report solidifies Incognito as a douche. In fact there are some added anecdotes that make we want to pay to see the guy smacked in the nuts a few times. Page 83 "7. Treatment of the Assistant Trainer" is a particularly dickbag portrayal of this guy if you want to have a read.

But it is not an unbiased nor independent report I am pretty certain. Will post my reasons tomorrow

The texts between he and Mike Pouncey and teammate references to 'The Tornado' are pretty damning.

As to the objectivity, I'm not sure what Ted Wells has to gain from this result as opposed to one exonerating Incognito. It also makes both the Dolphins and the NFL look bad (especially the Dolphins) and even puts the NFLPA in a tough spot, so it's hard to buy that any of them were hoping for these sorts of revelations.
