Rarely happens. Having a 90-95% batting average when judging is good enough for me. Also, judging people practically allows u to see the future in many cases. You'd be surprised.

2) yes u can judge many people based on appearance. Not all, but a majority. I judge everyone. And if u think u cant, prepare to spend a large portion of your life disapointed/shocked.
