For all you generally interested in your fitness, this is a pretty slick little gizmo

I have been wearing it for a week and it really does keep you aware of how active your day has been. Its got lots of really good features like tracking you in your sleep to see how restless you are and syncing to your phone so you can see exactly how many steps you took throughout the day.

Its not perfect, but its a good general indicator of how active your day has been, letting you know if you need to get in an extra walk before going to bed.

This would probably be just what I need to make my workouts more effective. It would be nice to know if I need to

stay a little longer at the gym because my goal wasn't met from the day before. The sleep tracking feature is cool too.

Hmm. My job has me practically running laps right now. I'd be interested to know the extent of my walking. It looks sleek and light. Is it fairly comfortable?

Yeah, I can't wear a watch because its annoying but this thing is really light, I forget its on. You can wear it in the shower and such too.

Plus you can add me as a friend on their dashboard website and I can see your results get on your case if you are slacking off.

I have the Force (Christmas gift to myself). I'm not really sure how accurate the sleep tracker is, but overall it works extremely well. The best tracker on the market IMO. If you don't like keeping up with data and entering stuff into your phone, it's probably not for you; even then, it's at least a constant reminder to get your fat ass moving.

Highly recommended.

I won a fitbit one back in the summer.  Kept it in my pocket all of the time and like a dumbass washed it in September and that was that.  I liked what it could do so I got a flex back in November.  It can be a bit of a pain to keep track of what you eat because you have to guess a lot on things you eat if it isn't already programmed in.  I love the sleep tracking.  Didn't know you can where it in the shower.

    • KC has a very good defense this year. It is 5th overall. Yes, still worse than last year, but their offense is considerably worse. Their passing D may be their "weakness" but they still allow fewer than 20 ppg. BY completed several deep passes yesterday, and he was able to threaten downfield in ways he didn't seem capable of before the benching. I'm not necessarily worried about his ability to connect deep anymore. What to me was impressive was that he did all this without a run game. We used the pass to set up what little running success we had. Wild.
    • Solid and fair assessment.   I will say, one of the big things I noticed yesterday was that he wasn't shy to step up into the pocket in the face of pressure.  He's trusting the IOL.  And they took care of Chris Jones yesterday.  We had clean pockets but also good success rate vs. pressure which just hasn't been the case with Bryce.   If he has more confidence the OL gets it done and he can navigate and step up for throws, that's huge.  It's one of the biggest things that's held him back.  He was previously bailing quickly and just too easily throwing away or making dead plays.     He was finding his 2nd to 3rd reads within structure/without bailing in the pocket.  That was nice to see, as much concern I have with him.  And the overall limitations will always be there. Time to back it up this week against the Bucs.
    • Suddenly the Cowgirls look like our best chance for a win remaining. I think the Bucs are playing better than the Falcons of late.  Our lone game versus the dirty birds is in the ATL where we always struggle.  The Cardinals are marginally better than I thought they would be. We are not beating the Eagles, they are starting to roll. I'm saying two at most, next week at home versus the Bucs and the Cowgirls.
