As I've said before, a lot of being a good head coach doesn't have as much to do with being able to develop players with talent as it does with being able to understand who does or doesn't have enough talent to be worth investing time in

Their transaction log seems to suggest they have a lot of roster turnover and that it's not mostly moving players to and from different designations. If you get signed by Seattle you better show something to Carroll pretty damn quickly or your ass is out just as quickly as it got in.

Seattle has about a 1-2 year window to win another championship and then they will be cap fuged.

They can't keep half their #1 ranked defense & QB at league minimum forever.

The way they are drafting etc... Why would they pay all of those guys? They will just replace them with new low cost players.. That is what winners do.

They may do that...

But they aren't gonna keep pulling horse shoes out of their ass & drafting All Pros in the 3-4-5-6 round every year...

Everybody acts like the Patriots do just that...

But they haven't won a SB in a decade. They won 3 with that corp then tried reloading. They are always in the playoffs but that had more to do with playing Buffalo, Miami, & New York twice more than anything. It doesn't happen.
