Kelvin Benjamin interview on WFNZ

I am interested in knowing if others are as uncomfortable as I am in drafting a big WR--in college, they tend to dominate, but in the pros, it seems many bust.  Maybe I am basing this on one or two.

Here is another question:  What is the difference between Benjamin in the first and Brandon Coleman in the third or later?  Coleman was the focus of the offense on a pretty bad team with a pretty bad QB.  At FSU, they had a good qb and other options.  Coleman is a little better route runner and I think his hands are better.   With Benjamin, you do not get double moves, you get slow breaks on out routes.  You can throw slants and deep balls to him.  I do not like guys with questionable hands running slant routes.  That leads to 6 points the other way.

I dunno.

I still like Odell Beckham better, and that could be some severly flawed thinking.  I like the precision and hands of Abbrederis, and I really think Moncrief is underrated..

BUT I THINK WE ARE NOT IN THE MARKET FOR JUST A WR, we are in the market for # 1 WR.  That makes the most sense to me.

Moncrief is probably the biggest sleeper

I love Moncrief but I think that it will be hard to go wrong with the depth there is at WR. matthews,Beckham,Robinson,Landry,Bryant,Street,Cooks,Gallon and my sleeper Jeff Janus.Herron, Abrederis...Adams,... Like I said in another thread we could double dip from Baton Rouge and be done with it.

I would love to get two different types of WR, like we did with DT last year. Star is a 0-1 and Short is a 3. If we could land a big, outside WR who will move the chains (not necessarily a "possession" WR) and then a small, explosive WR I'd be pretty happy. Throw ASJ in there with Smith and Ginn (pending re-sign) and you have a revamped offense full of weapons and speed.

Give Cam a little more time in the pocket and watch him soar.

I'm a huge moncrief fan as well, huge body with decent speed. Runs hard after the catch and has torched some big time cb while at ole miss. I got him as legit 2nd round grade on my board.

And I heard from tony Pauline on a podcast that donte said he was going to kill the 40 at the combine.
