Nick Collins worth the Risk?

So I came across the story about Nick Collins today former pro bowl FS for the Packers who going into his prime had the serious neck injury. Says he's fully recovered & wants to play again. Would be cheap & a possible steal if he was able to stay healthy. Worth the risk???

hmmm depends on the direction they take with godfrey,mikell,and mitchell.....if godfrey doesn't restructure and is release then hell yeah, if we some 2% don't resign mitchell hell yeah, if mikell doesn't come back hell yeah........but if retain them all looks unlikely

just curious, how do you think godfrey would do paired with someone like mitchell?  we know what he is as a player.....but that was with the sharrods and harukis of the league.

you would have to move Mitchell back to SS..  and then still like the idea of Godfrey in coverage at his most excelled position..

either way, i don't think it's a coincidence that we played a hell of a lot better without any of those other guys seeing the field.
