glennon is an ugly mugga mugga, but he has all the tools to develop into a very good qb.

 

 

He may in time but not immediately. He won't hurt us next season, that's guaranteed. AND Lovie Smith is a terrible coach to have for developing QB talent. That is very well known. Not sure who their QBs coach is but he better be really really good if they want Glennon to succeed.
