what's kind of funny about all this is that foxball-protecting the ball and trying to establish the run even if it wasn't necessarily working-actually may have been a better idea early on.  it was the interceptions that really broke the game open and focusing on the field position battle might have helped keep things in reach at least for a while.  denver's defense actually did manage some decent stops on the first few seattle drives especially considering the less than advantageous situations they were repeatedly put in.

well the other team was better. In reality it is what it is and they did pick a bad day to have a bad day. What's your point now?

 Just because someone says some corny saying?  I don't cut and run when trouble hits. The coaches you like who have corny sayings are fine.

 

Losers mentality... a lot more goes into a 43-8 beating than just "the other team was better". 

 

But it wasn't Fox's fault, you've made that abundantly clear... he's the head coach but he bears no responsibility for his team getting curb stomped. 

 

If the Seahawks really are that much better than the Broncos, the Broncos should cut Peyton Manning and go into full rebuilding mode. 

 

How many other teams did the Seahawks beat by 35 points this year?

Then you went on for several pages trying to show how they were. I think if you bark up the right tree maybe preparation would be a more reasonable issue to point to.

 Manning was pretty bad but i think the Broncos can work on improving without cutting him.bottom line #2 is that Fox didn't lose because of the draw play or the 2 punts or because of some corny saying or because he claps his hands.That is also not a real reason to believe he will never win the SB.

 

i would say that many would probably agree that if you lose 43-8, that the other team was better.I think they would agree to that without the worry of the stigma of a losers mentality.

Broncos were obviously not prepared... another classic Fox calling card along with his total inability to make in-game or halftime adjustments. Did it occur to coach during his 2 weeks of preparation that the stadium might be really loud for the first snap of the SB so they should plan to start with a silent count? LOL

 

I mean the punting and draw plays in the 2nd half are only the tip of the coaching ineptitude iceberg that was on display Sunday. 

 

If only coach Fox had a first ballot HOF QB who just finished setting the record for the most TD passes in a single season... oh wait. 

 

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed watching them try to dink and dunk their way out of a 29 and 36 point deficit in the 2nd half. I wonder if it ever occurred to coach Fox that they were playing right into the strength of the Seahawks defense. 

 

Watch the sound FX episode, Pete Carroll didn't even have his headset on for most of the game... he didn't need it to out coach Fox.

If you can honestly live with an "it is what it is" explanation of a 43-8 beat down then I envy you, things are not quite so simple in the real world. 

oh you are trying to talk reality now... oh ok..

 It was a great year for the Broncos they came up short but you have to give credit to Seattle.That's the reality.

  I fail to see how I am a troll when I am only sticking with what I beleive to be true. how would that make me a troll. I give my thoughts and stand behind them. Just because you don't agree and can't make me agree you call me a troll. I wouldn't call you a troll or anyone else because of what they believe no matter how wrong I think they may be.
