Eric Decker Going FA

Like...Decker...is a by product of Peyton Manning, that's difficult to see? Remember Steve Breaston with KW guys? Remember?

Impossible to say.  We'll find out if he leaves Denver.  He put up 44 catches for 612 yards and 8 TDs with The Golden Calf of Bristol the year before Manning came.  That compared to Demaryius Thomas' 32 catches for 551 yards and 4 TDs.  So, if you say that Eric Decker is a product of Peyton Manning then you have to say that Thomas is too and I think every GM in the NFL would disagree with you on that one.

He is very fuging good.

He was the top WR out of highschool, and college only being in the shadow of super elite WR Dez Bryant and AJ Green.

He will leave Denver, they are fuging stacked.. Welker and D Thomas and J Thomas for years to come.

He is no doubt a #2.. he is big, strong and has great route running technique and glue hands. Sadly, I doubt Carolina has the money for anyone like this. I really hope he gets on a good team, he will drastically change their WR core.

You are reaching.

Decker's job is to catch passes, and get into the end zone, which he has done 24 times in the past two seasons. He's a threat, whether you like it or not. Guess how many times Nicks has reached the end zone in the last two seasons? Three.

I'm not convinced. How many numbers 1 Cb did he faced and what were his numbers against them?

Of what, his talent? So now if you produce against lesser players, you suck?

I'm not saying I want us to pay him big money, but the guy is a legitimate threat.

DT I think is the real deal, would translate anywhere he went. DT has probably elevated his game more than Decker in that span. Maybe Thomas wasn't fully developed yet and Tee Bow really didn't play to Thomas' strength, he was not a good deep ball thrower. Decker prolly ran more of the shorter secondary routes Tim T. liked better.

Thomas had injuries in his 1st 2 seasons. poo he came into the draft with a broken foot and still got drafted in the 1st round. It makes me think why did Allen fall so far. He was close to us and we still passed on him

What makes him not Alvin Harper, Robert Meacham or Azia Hakeem? The least talented option on a great offense. That when put as a top option on another team fails.
