There are engineering standards based on the historical data that they build to at different levels. Cost plays a big part. It also appears to be growing. -
He is in no way shape or form worth that contract. But at least with Burns he generally stays healthy even if he's mediocre at best. McCaffrey gets a big new contract and immediately goes back to the same old same old. All these people that spent the last year crying about him should have known better. -
