I think weather will be a bigger issue than finding a court open.  Plenty along 4th st ext west of uptown..  I can't imagine the one I found (last year) near noda would be taken over.  It's kind of hidden.  But across the street from a cable company, or something, so parking would be convenient..

Warming up slower than usual in the South this year (or everywhere for that matter) and a very rainy summer last year. Kind of weird.
