Is it me or are those cons not cons? They seem to be geared towards being favorable.

It is also impressive as most of the games you see, his team is way behind and the defense is expecting and playing the pass.  Lots more defensive guys clogging the secondary and he still nets great YAC.

 

I mentioned a long time ago that he has more to offer in my opinion than Matthews.  He is more game ready than Benjamin in my opinion.  Benjamin is sort of a hit or miss guy.  Really big and a lot of potential, but sometimes potential is not realized.  As far as help right now, Robinson is a plug and play guy

Good scouting report op, and I would like to see him run more vertical routes but the scheme didn't really allow him too. His Yac is pretty damn good too, and has the size and can high point a ball pretty good. Body control is good as well.

The write up on rotoworld also explained he is most effective in the intermediate route range 10-20 yards down field. Reminds me of josh Gordon

Robinson is an absolute playmaker. Defenses had to key on him and he still made great plays. Is also an excellent route runner.

Not to mention that his production was outstanding both of the past 2 season even with all if the stuff at PSU. Had McHloin last year as a QB and a Freshman this year.

Guy will make some team happy they got him.

As a Big Ten guy, I saw a bunch of this kid. He be the real deal. But then again, a lot of college WR look beastly until they get to the pros. I will say this kid is smooth as silk. If he can bring that to the team. Why not?

I'm more of a Beckham fan as well but there is a lot to like about Robinson.  

 

You have to consider the team and offense he was on. Also, even though he body catches a lot, when he's made hand grabs, they look darn perrtty.  I feel he didn't have the opportunity to use his size and taking advantage of his athleticism and physique can be coached.  

 

Those two are as possible as Matthews at 28.  I'm just wondering which WR our FO falls for in this draft process.  It will be exciting to see because there is a diverse and strong crop of talent at the WR spot.  There's going to be some good OTs and receivers when we pick methinks.

 I have to when guys like u who keep throwing horse s*^& all over forums that have no reading at all over whats going on in sports. You watch tv and insert your favorite homer player in legit convo's based off nothing but ur personal opinion. It's crap,not one scout recruiter or highschool coach has moncreif going in the first round but you find a way to talk this guy ahead of every projected first rounder outside of watkins. No one even brings this guy up but you. Stop it no one believes you.
