WR Prospects: Who do you like?

No, Clemson had him at 6'5" and he measured 6'3.5" at the combine

Kelvin Benjamin is 6'5" and 240 lbs and just ran 40 times of 4.59 and 4.53

Martavis Bryant is 6'3.5" and 215 lbs and just ran 40 times of 4.34 and 4.35

Bryant has also looked just as good if not better in the drills so far.

Bruce Ellington has looked good in the drills so far and ran a 4.31 in the 40

 

But how much stock can you put in combine over their college career? Martavis Bryant does not scare me as much as he does other, but I wont spend no later than a 5th on him.

If we lose Ted Finn let bring in De'anthony Thomas and use him as a kick and punt returner and we could also use him as a WR even tho he's a RB but he can catch

I like the mix that Cooks brings to the table. Explosive with the ball in his hands, very shifty and can make people miss, can go up and get it. Does very well in the redzone. He can also return punts and kicks.

Then we can double dip in the 3rd and 4th and OT haha. I am sorry but if you get a chance to take 2 potential star receivers you do it and don't ask questions. The tackle class is decently deep this year

Couldn't agree more!!!! The clambering for Ebron or ASJ is understandable but not realistic, looking at how gettleman built the giants he started inside out on both sides of the ball, he's lucky enough to have DEs in place here so needed just DT .

I'm inclined to think if all the top tier receivers are gone we will go tackle possibly twice and although that may upset people look at the facts guys byron bell RT nope! jordan gross LT needs a replacement yup! As I said its deep at tackle and unless something falls to us I expect us to go tackle twice and a receiver in the first three rounds just on basic essential need and how gettleman likes to build, but that's just my guesswork lol.

Hard to get an elite OL, WR, DB at #28, but can get an elite TE.

Wow. Great bump. I remember voting Matthews in that poll.

 

Also, I guess big 4=Watkins, Evans, Lee and Benjamin. Seems really weird now to think about Benjamin and Lee being guys that were probably out of reach for us but Cooks/OBJ might be options at 28.
