He's a black QB. LOL. Not to say the other reasons arent valid, but we can't forget that 1 either guys.

There goes the race card again...your act is old and stale.

Ooops....did not see your LOL. I assume you were just being sarcastic...but after your previous posts, you just might be being serious.

#1 reason the guy hasn't taken a NFL snap in 2 years. #2 He probably isn't in the best shape and isn't he 30, the age when RBs (which is basically all he would be on this team a wildcat QB) start to slow and lose production. #3 We have far more pressing needs for our limited cap space. We need some DT depth and a little more veteran competition on the OL couldn't hurt. All in all although I wouldn't just disown the panthers if they signed him, seeing as he was a once in a lifetime athlete at the QB position and he put fans in the seats and the money flowing, I haven't seen anyone in our FO that has even said it was a possibility or even that they wanted him.

While I don't disagree and you have your opinion, but what's become my pet peev here is that he hasn't had any experience and playing time in two years, so he's not in shape. The truth that evrerybody is ignoring is that he has played in the prison league for the last two years. Now I know that the prison league is not the NFL, but it's probably a lot less a drop off than you think. The other interesting fact is that he was playing it ironball, playing QB for both teams, playing all offensive plays in the game. I'd say he's in shape. I've been a hater since he was at Virginia Tech and would absolutely hate him being here, which will never happen as long as Jerry Richardson runs the show, but to say he's not in football shape may be a little premature...

To add to that, everyone I know who has gone to prison has come out ripped (and tatted up). What better place to get or stay in shape than a place where the only recreation you got is to read a book or lift weights. Give me 21 months in prison, and I'll be in game shape.

Not really, but you get my point.
