Cam Newton: NFL MVP

Newton captures his first league MVP but he loses his 3rd straight playoff game.

Luck loses another AFCCG.

2016:

10-6, miss playoffs

Narcissistic media, "at least Newton won't have to lose another playoff game."

Luck falls in the AFCCG for a 3rd straight year.

This pisses off Newton, & with two words Superman returns & sets the sports world abuzz.

Luck wins his 3rd MVP & 2nd SB MVP at 34.

2028:

Cam Newton, aka GOAT, is elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility at age 39. Ron Rivera, the Vince Lombardi of his era, is also voted in on his first ballot.

They are joined by a 5' 9 Super Bowl champion who finally gets in on his 11th year of eligibility. They all embrace a hug at the podium & return to Charlotte as Champions, HOFers, & Legends.

9-7, just missing the playoffs. Teams don't win the NFCS in consecutive years and I don't believe we have the versatility on offense to break the mold.

I will get back with you in August. Until then, who even knows who will be here and who will be gone. If we upgrade the offense and the secondary there is no way we won't have a winning record next year. But lots of ifs right now to post anything definitive.
