ok so I filed my taxes a week ago, today I get a 1099 from fidelity. This thing is going to absolutly kill my $$ from my return after I amend it.  How do I get around this. I know there has to be a way.

without knowing the full story start looking at IRA's at the moment. only way to retroactively get a deduction.

Hide and hope you don't get audited.  If you do get audited... then prepare thy anus.
