Thug means violent criminal...

Words mean whatever i want them to!

To be a true thug doesnt mean wearing "bling", listening to rap and talking "black". Being a gangsta isnt superficial.. To be a true thug means you havent had it good your whole life, and you intend to change that, and get out of the ghetto if thats where you are, you do whats right, you dont take poo from anyone, and stand up for your friends and dont let them take poo from anyone! You dont have to be a stereotypical "gangsta" to be a thug, a skater can be a thug, a nerd can be a thug, a hick can be a thug, a prep can be a thug, and old ass man can be a thug! So forget your stupid fuging stereotypes and thinking that everybody has to fit into one group, and be labeled. And i'll tell you what... Damn it feels good to be a gangster!
Tupac Shakur and Earl Simmons are true thugs.

lol...yeah go to whatever you need to make the wrong word stick!

"

Full Definition of THUG

:  a brutal ruffian or assassin :  gangstertough

"
He isn't brutal (which is defined as "savagely violent") nor a ruffian (which is defined as a violent person, esp. one involved in crime.)"

"
He was arrogant, belittling and loud."

Find a definition of the word "thug" that means loud, belittling and arrogant...that's right!...there isn't one...thug isn't the correct word for his behavior

Idk about you but I know far more people addicted to marijuana than alchohol. Can't even stop smoking for just one week in order to pass a drug screen for a job that THEY want. That's bad

You are confusing addictions.  Some folks have a harder time of breaking habits than others.  When a physical addiction occurs, your body will not function normally without the addictive substance.  These are called withdrawal symptoms, and they can make you very ill.  Weed will not do this to you; heroin, alcohol and nicotine can.

I get it, some people love weed so much they won't give it up for a short time frame to land a job they want, or heck, NEED.  Theres also people who desperately want to lose weight, but don't eat well or exercise regularly.  I see what you are saying, but it is impossible to be clinically addicted to THC/marijuana.

Calm down. Just because I disagree about medical use doesn't mean I think anyone who uses it is an idiot or that it should be illegal. I happen to think that the negative, long-term effects of use outweigh any positive short-term effects, but it's not my right to stop you from using it.

It should be legal, because it is at the very worst (assuming the long-term effects of marijuana smoke tar and carcinogens are  similar in potency to tobacco smoke and/or THC use has a very negative effect on the brain), it would be less dangerous than tobacco use, and tobacco is legal. I happen to think it should face the exact same regulation as tobacco (ie. cancer warnings and advertising bans), but that's just me.

Cigarettes are still legal because big tobacco brings a lot of jobs and a lot of money. Which is kind of dumb when you think about it because any revenue they bring in is dwarfed by the medical costs long-term tobacco use brings.

"assuming the long-term effects of marijuana smoke tar and carcinogens are  similar in potency to tobacco smoke"

Nope.  As of yet there has been no proven correlation between smoking marijuana and developing typical cancers that cigarette smoke causes.  In fact people who smoke both cigarettes and marijuana regularly have the same risk of developing cancer as someone who doesn't smoke at all?

"and/or THC use has a very negative effect on the brain"

Like what?  I have yet to see any reported long term effects on the brain from ingesting THC regularly.  Because it gets you high?  Caffeine gets you high too.

In what I may only assume to be a elementary moment by yourself, you managed to omit a comma from your condescending post.

Don't worry, I've inserted the little guy where he belongs. Other issues with your post exist, but for now, this must do.

NO.

I want him to go feed the son of the chicken....please do not correct me again.  Added one for you too and highlight one in read that I'm not sure belongs...not really sure though...seeing as I majored in Economics and an then earned a MBA.....

Yo, can you three take the bitchfest over definition of 'thug' elsewhere. Lets leave some room in this thread for the ill-informed, i-have-been-brainwashed-without-realizing-it, my-wife-is-an-antidepressant-induced-zombie-but-marijuana-is-bad advocates.

I mean look at the guy a few pages back. 'I know someone who says they can quit whenever but never have - therefore it is bad??.' Lol, weak arguments like that are why I have 100% confidence it will be legal in all 50 states eventually.

Before you brag about credentials maybe you should present yourself better and then you wouldn't be questioned.
