First off the guy is not an elite athlete so lets get that out the way. showed up 6'2 at the senior bowl so hes not freakishly tall. Add that 2 the fact he has so drops and scouts note he couldn't separate from senior bowl cbs not nfl starters... I would not touch this guy in the first. I'd rather go with benjamin or worst case odell beckham jr. if he's there in the second maybe,but playing in the SEC doesnt make you a great player. People don't seem to understand system fits and this guy could just be that a system wr.

Want this kid bad with Robinson being my #2 favorite.

 

Just think with his work ethic+learning under smitty+being coached up by Proehl= by far hands down best #2 we've had (yes even more than an aging moose) and potential future #1.  Feel this kid is going to soak up what Smitty and Proehl are feeding him like a sponge.  

There are plenty of guys that come out every year that have super athletic ability (see our own Teddy Ginn).  But Work Ethic is B I G.  The reason Smitty is so good is not because his athletic ability but his work ethic. The dude comes to work every day, remember when Cam came in Smitty going and working with Cam outside of practice.  Smith out-Works his defenders.  

Something about Matthews, just feel he could be something special here.

im meh on Jordan, but i would not be upset with the pick. i have said he will struggle with separating from NFL DBs since October, but he would a good to great possession WR in our scheme. he does catch better in traffic then LaFell.

 

another guy you guys should do some research on is Davante Adams, WR Fresno St. good size,great  production in a very pass happy system. but he attacks the ball in the air like a much larger guy and gets vertical on guys.

Jordan a lil bigger, both very good route running, similar speed but Allen is quicker

Jordan matthews is a 2nd round pick, trade down and pick him up, and I would be estatic.

Allen is a better athlete then Jordan.hand size is about the same, but Allen has more wiggle and YAC ability.

I'm not a big Jordan fan but if Matthews is there at 28 and Benjamin, Lee, Robinson, etc are gone, then you take him.

I think Matthews could be better than all three of them
