Your reaction if we go DBs in the first couple rounds?

yea lets just used up the last little bit of steve smith and put off drafting not only a number one wr but a legit 2. Seriously if you think anything other than offense in the first 2 rounds(depending on free agency) you need to be slapped with the idiot book. If we draft a safety yes even pryor I d have to question If Gettleman was hanging out in Rio during our beating by the 9ers as crabtree bolden and davis showed us why you need offense to win games too.

2 DBs with the first 2 rounds would be a huge mistake.

I am expecting White to improve ALOT after his rookie season.

Smitty is not a young boy anymore and our Wrs are ok but not outstanding so i would rather draft 2 Wrs and 2 OL with the first 4 rounds.

With the second best defense we must now focus on the offfense!!!!!!

I think I've heard several coaches reference to the contrary. It takes longer for WR's to develop on average then most other positions. Obviously they're exceptions to the rule. But if we're talking statistically what give the Panther's the best chance to boost WR production this coming season, it would be through FA.

Hmm...my main concern was finding a quality WR I'm free agency. Ones that are good get locked up by a team fast.

I don't care if you have the steel curtain and the 85 bears defense combined, ten points a game won't win a Superbowl. With the new rules that handcuff defensive backs even further,a WR has the advantage. You have to have a passing/running game that is productive.

It all depends on FA. I assume you mean all things equal with FA and we are still with a top 10 D and a #26 offense and have addressed all areas equally in FA then there is no way we should go DB at one and two. But then again I don't expect us to be a complete lame duck with all of our areas of concern in FA.

we won't need a corner in the first, find a 6'2 guy in the 4th who can tackle and occasionally play press............there's no reason to ignore wr or ot in the draft especially with there being a couple big guys that could be our future number 1 wr

We tried that in Butler, Norman, etc.  How is that working out for us?
