He's right that it was a deliberate attempt to take out Talib - Welker was running a pick route.  However, the intent was to take him out of that PLAY essentially running a route that was really a downfield block.  The intent wasn't to injure Talib and I don't see how that could be argued watching that play.  Hell, it looked like Welker took the worst of it.  Every team in the NFL does it.  Should technically be a penalty, but it's almost never flagged. 

 

This is sour grapes at it's finest.  Peyton just shredded their asses.

in all fairness that leg whip was all on the player............but this is just another call the refs missed they have sucked the whole play-offs, they flagged the Pats the drive before for the same thing but the dude barely touched him
