MGS for me.

Metal Gear 2 is the greatest game I've ever played and I've achieved the big boss ranking on it. It's truly amazing how great it is for when it was made, and it's still a GREAT game to play, despite games today. Just remarkable.

For a time, MGS4 was one of the best I've ever played, just love it and everything about it. Wonderful game.

MGS3 is an absolutely incredible experience and i'm trying to beat it on European Extreme, but I CANNOT get past Volgin and have no idea how I'm going to do it either. EE is fiercely frustrating.

MGS2 AND 1 were both phenomenal games.

Metal Gear 1 sucked, but I ain't mad. First in the series and the rest more than made up for it.

I haven't played any other and I probably won't. I've got to hear that MGS5 slams it out of the park and doesn't violate the first 6 arc for me to play it. We'll see.

I have have a FOXHOUND T-shirt, Iphone protective case, toboggan, Wallet and dogtag around my neck right now. I'll have more soon, but I love all things FOXHOUND.

The series is just amazing for me. I can pick up any of the last 5 and start playing it at any time and love it.

I once beat MGS 3 in 1 hour and 43 minutes, no poo.

Are all of the MGS games that short? I just saw where 5 could be beat in 2 hours. I just can't imagine buying a game like that. Redbox, sure. But I'm not paying for it on sale even if it's that short.

You don't buy it for the length of gameplay you buy it because of the incredible story/cutscenes and the replay value.

that was on like my 10th play through, where I knew where everything was and how to do everything to beat the game, aka no surprises and it was like the 3rd time I beat it that week, I thought MGS3 was a fantastic game, awesome story and fantastic game play, and there was also like 100 different things to do, yeah if you did a bare bones run you could do it in under 2 hours but if you tried to do everything and I mean everything you could take 50+ hours.

Nah, they're all generally normal length games... longer if you really get immersed in them.

MGSV: GZ is pretty much a glorified demo that can be beat ridiculously easy and fast, and a black mark on an otherwise great franchise... by far the worst console release so far. But like I said, its pretty much a demo/prologue for the full MGSV game that comes out next year.
