When will the media finally admit (can you say Mea Culpa), what they wanted us to believe about Cam, is actually RG3 and Kaepernick (selfish, immature, can't throw from the pocket/NFL offenses. And what they wanted us to believe Kaep and RG3 were, is actually Cam Newton (professional, hardworking, humble, a team player, a pocket QB who can run, etc.)??

Cam matured a lot this year. And it doesn't matter what the media thinks, it might even save a few bucks on his contract extension.

The national media, just chose to harp on every little thing with Cam as a negative, when he had already showed some very positive team and personal attributes (especially in comparison to those guys) during his first two seasons. 

 

I think 2013, was just a continuation of that process.

U clearly just enjoy drinking the kook-aid don't u? Why is it so hard to admit those in the media made way to much about Cam and he was always the kid he was in college? Why is it so hard for you to accept that your own small-minded view of Cam was wrong.

Yeah, but Cam didn't do anything out the ordinary. 

 

So what, he took losses hard, and made a quip about a suggestion box, trying to deal with the losses and repeated questions. 

 

Those guys were a lot worse, but they chose to ignore them, and what they did. 

 

Cam just had to go through a natural maturation process, for a alpha dog winner on a bad team suffering inexplicable losses. Nothing more. 

 

But Cam was always a more mature passer, and individual than Kaep and RG3, since they all entered the NFL. Fact!
