Colin Kaepernicks post game attire

Your job or interviews you've been to probably require it.

Incorrect. I actually own my own company. When I'm working from home or in the office with no appointments I typically wear jeans and tennis shoes. When I have appointments that require me to represent me and my company in the public, I dress appropriately. It's common sense really.

I don't mean this disrespectfully, but you're both obviously younger guys. And when your frame of reference is school and part time jobs, it's tough to fully "get it". So having this discussion is beyond pointless.

Also... You may want to check out the definition of "blue collar"

Actually, if you read the thread, you'd find I don't really give a rip how they dress.

Panthers GM Dave Gettleman requires our guys to wear suits to games because he expects them to look professional.  As to how Newton, Kuechly and the others would dress if this were not a rule, don't know, don't care.

Kaepernick is indeed a punk, but because of his attitude and actions, not his clothes.  In fact, the guy you're working so hard to defend actually mocked Cam Newton after scoring a touchdown in the divisional game (and as a side note, his coach is a douchebag too).

But by all means, feel free to continue tilting at windmills

What makes him a punk? Oh, I forgot, he doesn't act like Andrew Luck, right?

Not young dude. My house is worth 630K in Long Island. Like I said, you wear the suit to project an image and represent your company. Once Kaepernick is off the field he's is doing neither, thus not required. I'm sure in Kaepernick's later venture in life after football he will find himself in many situations where wearing a suit might be mandated. Nobody wear suits for the sake of wearing suits.

Lemme guess...You're what, 12?  Can't be more than 13, I'd imagine.  As has been mentioned, you need to quit being so insecure about Andrew Luck.  Most on here know there's no reason to be, but some obviously still don't get it

As to Kaepernick, first off, there's this:

In fact, the guy you're working so hard to defend actually mocked Cam Newton after scoring a touchdown in the divisional game...

And that's not the first time.  He was a jerk to some of his own fans last offseason.  And there are other incidents if you care to look it up.  I doubt you do, since gathering actual facts doesn't seem especially important to you (no shock for a kid your age).

Our own quarterback, on the flip side, has been a great example of a classy individual in all his dealings, including his reaction to Kaepernick being a douche.

Why, when this team has a guy like that, you wanna go about defending a jerk like Kaepernick, I can't imagine, other than the same general immaturity you've shown on a regular basis (again, not surprising for a kid).

Like I said Sunday...contrarian poster

I'd say "kid who doesn't know any better" is probably more like it.

Would hate to think of posts showing so little knowledge, understanding and maturity coming from someone older than 13.

So when he's at a press conference talking about the game that he's required to attend he's not representing his organization? WHAT?

This is like talking to a 12 year old. I'm out....

I think you are talking to a twelve year old   Plus with his last post he's headed into Alejandro territory.

And yeah, you're right.  Not worth the effort.  I'm out too.

People are 12 because they don't think like you. Ok guy!
