At first I didn't like Manziel, but the more I look at his tape compared to the likes of Bortles, Carr, and Bridgewater, I see a clear superiority at least in comparison to Bortles and Carr. He'll have to go to the right offense which could determine if he's a stud or bust.

St Louis already made one great deal with the Skins, now they could make one with Cleveland. 

 

If they draft Watkins, I wonder what it would take to get one of their backup receivers.  Someone like Chris Givens or Bailey might be worth a late round draft pick, especially if we can't or don't resign Ginn.
