Giants letting Nicks walk!

You have absolutely no room whatsoever to talk. I mean none.

I don't recall ever telling anyone on here that their parents should have aborted them. I'm guessing you don't say that to people you meet at tailgates.

You started an arguement with about 4 diff posters in just this one thread.....every one of them figured you out and called you an ass.

Argument? It's called debate. I have not attacked anyone, nor insulted them. If you have a problem pm me, otherwise curb the tough guy act.

Did I say that it's old news in the context of him getting paid for on field production? Yes. I never said no one cares he's a racist or that he called a black man the n word. Ago ahead. Try to find those quotes cause they don't exist.

Everyone here knows you try to make up fake arguments. You aren't fooling anyone. 3 people in the same thread have called you out on it. Give it up

What you said is what you said, if you feel the need to spin it another way after you've already typed it, that sums you up well.

The only one trying to spin anything is you! You try to take what people say out of context and make terrible straw man arguments. Give it up dude. You're pathetic

I respect your opinion, and I understand where you coming from. If I had the picks I would have done it differently, but that's just me. As bad as we need a WR I still don't believe we should double dip. As long as Gettleman shows that putting talent around Cam is priority #1 I'll be happy.

You can say injuries played a roll, but I don't think anyone other than Amini would have made much of an impact. The talent simply isn't there on offense. I don't like when a GM publicly states that his quarterback needs to start winning, but goes heavy defense.

I've never seen a team draft a quarterback #1 overall and fail to surround him with weapons for going on four years. It blows my mind. All of that isn't on Gettleman, and most of you are giving him a pass this year. But the excuses are gone. You have the #2 defense now.

Is Gettleman the answer at GM? 1..2..3...4...5..6...7.....yes, but now it's time to start putting some weapons around Cam Newton.

would you have drafted allen if you scouted him and he played subpar?  not saying that is what happened, but we did scout the guy up close and i know the department had a 1,000 times better idea what how he worked out than you do, even after the fact.  did you know he came a dick hair away from quitting because he wasnt an instant starter?  does that sound like a guy you would have wanted to pick?  again, you are all over the hindsight part but a lot of guys can say that.  if kk is ranked #28 overall by this scouting department and allen is ranked say, #54, you really would take #54 just because you drafted same position, a position that almost always has two guys playing at the same time?

one way to justify their draft tactic, was to see that Cam lead this offense to a top 10 in both his first two years.  problem was a defense that got beat at end of games, partly due to running out of steam.  it is also safe to assume the slow, methodical offense was a tactic used to keep the defense off the field but be efficient, because two top 10 offenses resulted in two sub .500 seasons.

In the majority of players and gms minds it's old news and most will not care.

It's old news in the sense NO ONE cares anymore. So many guys do dumb things in the off season

Still waiting on the quotes of me saying I don't care riley cooper is a racist and that he called someone the n word.

Stop trying to deflect

You've been back pedaling, and trying wiggle out of this for 2 pages now.

I said you were downplaying it, you were. Instead of acknowledging it, you just responded with insults. Just leave man.

Yeah those aren't quotes of me saying I don't care he's a racist. Nice try though

Those are all in the context of him getting paid. You tried to make it a personal issue and I said it gms will look at the production. That's it.

The point I made was never that you personally don't care, it was that you were downplaying it for whatever reason. Racism is despicable, and that's what his actions were, plain and simple, and there are definitely people who still care about what he did. If you could put your ego and the insults aside for even 5 minutes, maybe you could understand and learn from it. Instead you throw a temper tantrum, and offer responses equivalent to "I know you are but what am I, na na na boo boo". I don't even know why you venture outside of the tinderbox, the fact that you still use that deplorable avatar of an injured player in a laughing manner says all there is needed to know about your ability in having any sort of football related discussion.

You want to make it personal. It's football. Not a personality contest. Did cooper have a good year on the football field? Yes. Will he get paid according to that production by nfl gms? Yes. Not sure how my avatar or tinderbox or "temper tantrums" fits into an argument how he will get paid.

This is what I'm talking about. Straw man arguments after straw man arguments. Multiple people in this same thread have called you out on it but you continue to go with it.

You are so fixated on his off season and all you care about is his character. REAL gms will look at his on field ability first and foremost. That's fact.

Red doesn't care about character. He only cares about getting reactions out of people. He doesn't have much interaction with people in the real world, and figures the only way people will talk to him is if he upsets them somehow. That's why he trolls.

Someone is going to pay Riley Cooper, regardless of what he said. Ray Lewis was damn near complicit in a murder. He still cashed a paycheck. Michael Vick bred dogs to fight and kill. He still got paid. Heck, Kerry Collins used a racial epithet, and still made millions and millions after that incident.
