Mon, Jan 20 vs. Raptors

Wed, Jan 22 vs Clippers

Fri, Jan 24 @ Knicks

Sat, Jan 25 vs. Bulls

Wed, Jan 29 @ Nuggets

Fri, Jan 31 @ Lakers

Sat, Feb 1 @ Suns

That takes us to around his return if it were in two weeks and it may all be losses, let's not forget it may take him even longer than that to get back to full speed. The only game I wanted to win is @ the Lakers but now that may even be out of the question.

Clippers: Loss

Knicks: Loss

Bulls: Toss-Up

Nuggets: Loss (maybe a toss up, Al should have a huge game... big men this year have all had HUGE games vs. Nuggets)

Lakers: Toss-Up

Suns: Loss

Should have been the plan from day one. Cho should have drafted Noel. Noel could have recovered and worked out this year. Lose enough to get a top 3 pick plus adding in the 2 firsts owed in a great draft. Start the new Hornets era with a bang. Imagine a lineup of Kemba, PJ Hairston, Jabari Parker, Noel, big Al. Plus you'd have another 1st rd pick mixed in and cap space. I'd think about buying league pass to watch.

They wouldn't have signed Big Al if they picked Noel or Len. It was a one-or-the-other type of thing.

i will have to find the report but it debunks the benefit of tanking or getting that top couple of picks and how it translates to winning seasons.

basically there is a sweet spot in the NBA draft to where if you can consistently pick there, you ability to keep and replenish talent for good money and always compete.
