I believe they said there are three phases.

Does anyone know what phase 2 consists of?

Phase 1

The next two years they will upgrade the offices, add a trophy/history room, and do about $100mil with of upgrades, inspections, & cleanings to the stadium structure.

If day they did all the can experience stuff this year to give fans an immediate result. The rest of the stuff is probably much more important to the durability of the stadium but it won't visually be noticeable.

They need to build them an indoor practice facility. The fact that they have to use the convention center when it rains is lame.

People bitched about the money funded for this, but nearly every pro stadium is publicly funded when built and renovated.

BOA was past due for upgrades. There are 30 other NFL stadiums and 25 of those were built (including SF, ATL, MIN) or renovated in excess of $100mil since BOA opened in '96. So even though it just opened 19 years ago there are only 5 stadiums that are older.

Holy crap. The stadium is gonna look entirely different from both inside & out.

The ribbon boards on the inside really have the look a facelift. Hadn't seen pics of the outside near complete.

And it looks like they're gonna hang flags of all 32 teams around the top of the bowl. Maybe that means JR will get rid of the damn midfield logo.... Lololol
