Two, with WP8. And that's native to the OP, not an app.

That's been native to android since 4.1, and now only takes 1 step on 4.4. Pls.

Whatever. You have to pull up about a couple of menus, and the icon does not appear as the actual web site page like in WP8. All I have to do is go to the page, press it, menu appears and pin it, Then I can move the live tile, and make it bigger or smaller if I so choose.

 

You guys can believe what you want, but if you try WP8 for a week, more than a few of you will never go back.
