LASIK Surgery

Another question, do the surgeons usually require two separate operations? One for each eye? Or do they typically do both eyes the same day? How long does the procedure take?

My doctor did both eyes in about 15 minutes. The few hours after kind of sucked. I had to ride home with a jacket over my eyes because the glare from the sun was too bright. When I got home my eyes were tearing up a lot. They had given me a vallium before the procedure to help sleep. I slept for about two hours and woke up with 20/10 vision.

They didn't give you those badass sunglasses like you get when they dilate your eyes? My grandpa wears those like they're actual sunglasses.

I don't know too much abiut lasik, but two close friends had PRK. It's more of a "scrubbing" instead of cutting a flap. Apparently, PRK is used for more active people like athletes and military personne but takes longer to heal. I was in the military then, so maybe that's just what they told us. Anyway, look into PRK and lasik. See which would be best for you.

    • Film Room Playlist _ NFL Pro — Mozilla Firefox 2024-11-25 10-20-11.mp4 🎯🎯🎯 There were a couple of "fans" yesterday saying that this wasn't a helmet-to-helmet shot... 👀 Looks like based on where Moore was and where the play ended, he'd have gotten maybe just a yard or two more. Chuba was downed at the KC 16 and Moore was on his way back to the QB, so the offense got what they could for the most part. After reviewing the all-22, Bryce made the right call here. Tremble was the hot and KC sent both LBs. He gets it out with a clear pocket but it's quickly collapsing. If there was a little more time it looked like AT came free at the end but whether or not Bryce would've been upright still is another story. Smart move to get the completion and keep the field goal in play to stay alive. George Karlaftis is about to get himself a big ole hug and Bryce heaves it to where David Moore is going. Trent McDuffie slipped just a step or two before this shot, but we can see the clear DPI here as he's wrapped around David Moore before knocking him over as the ball gets there.
    • I’m taking a TE early day 3 Ian Thomas and Tremble are FA.  We should have no desire to bring them back.   There’s more than enough film of ball bouncing off their hands or facemask.
    • Daniel Jones sometimes would sling it for 300 or 400 yards.  That's my stance.  We know what Bryce is.  If you consistently play any QB at this level, they largely are going to end up w/ some good days/games.  last time Mahomes was at BOA, Teddy Bridgwater threw for 300+ yards and a couple TDs and the Matt Rhule Panthers almost took him down.  We know what Bryce is.  Now we got people predictably falling into a predictable trap.
