Godfrey takes a lot of crap, but he did switch from CB to Safety then had to play strong for lack of talent when he actually is a pretty good FS. The injury now is the tough part moving forward. If he restructured & healthy I would love to have him back at least until we can draft a quality replacement.

Lester was a good pickup for an UDFA, he made some contributions to the team this year.  He absolutely got exploited in the playoffs though, and he lacks athleticism.  I think we should absolutely resign Mitchell and Mikell. It's funny because Mikell quietly became a huge difference maker on our defense.  We fell apart after he got injured against San Fran.

Gooooood God no!!. Its a simple equation, cut Godfrey and give Mitchell his money, and possibly throw some to Mikell for another one year(maybe 2 yr) deal...
