Who, in rounds 3-7, do you peg as "gems" ?

It depends on exactly what you're looking for. Isiah Crowell is going to be one of the best players in the Draft, but he's probably not going to go until at least the 6th round because of felony charges against him. Do you really peg that as a gem, or just a great player that made bad decisions?

I need to get up on some material but EJ Gaines (CB), Morgan Moses (OT), Kenny Ladler (FS), Ty Zimmerman.(SS/FS).  Personally I think we can upgrade our DB rotation with 1 or 2 additions in rounds 3-7.  Not saying we should forgo a value pick earlier if they drop but there are some potential contributors available.
