I think Gettleman and JR need to have a conference with RR and figure out why our offense sucks so badly ,  - one more year of Shula to see what he can do with some new weapons - Ron has earned a minimum of an extension, but to be completly honest was outcoached against SF.  He did not have our guys ready mentally.

rivera has the exact same record over his first three seasons that sean payton did

JR brought him in to have "back to back" winning seasons.  Rons true test comes next season.  he doesnt get back to the playoffs, he may be done in carolina. I like the 1 year extension or even a long term deal thats void if carolina finishes under 8-8.
