That's why you draft top talent O-line  not  4th & 5th round and expect top talent production.

 

14pts where left off the board because of horrible O-line play. When you have Cam & Tolbert at goal line that should be a automatic TD. If we had 49rs O-line I guarantee you that would be 2 TD.

 

Exactly......which is why I fully expect Gettlemen to upgrade the OL in the first two rounds.

 

I think they really like Silatolu...but I don't think anyone saw enough of Kug to know whether he is worth a damn or not.

 

We MUST add another G and T next season.

Watching them fail to execute over and over again yet still calling the same plays they failed to execute..... some might consider that to be insanity.

they played well in the first half with exception to the goal line plays.  like someone else eluded to, that's what our team has done all year on the goal line, give it to Tolbert or Cam.  the playaction play i thought was good, had all run blockers in there but their defense reacted well and didn't bite.  they outplayed us, plain and simple.

Me too, but you better soak in the Panthers gold while you can because it's about to get real quiet. Stuff like "I saw Byron Bell at target" will become big news.

 

Man, don't diss the Huddle offseason. The thread about the Top 20 Pies was awesome. I still maintain, Chocolate is not a pie filling.

Its been repeated in this thread over and over: you put Cam in the shotgun and give him a chance to either find the hole in the line with his vision or get a running start to leap over the pile.

Cam has been deadly with that play both in college and in the NFL. Its as automatic as it gets with his abilities.

Calling the standard sneak in the heart of the line takes ANY option away.

the only reason it was repeated once, was because thats what i mentioned after one other guy, but i said it about 3 times yesterday.  again, the average fan thinks he can identify a problem, and ultimately urges to get rid of that problem but has no clue how to fix the problem.

Yea he did it without naming names. Feel bad for him, he's about to get back on the field and then they do dumb poo. Yea it wasn't being called the other way but you have to maintain your composure when you know what's going on.

That's just fuging insane. Of course chocolate is a pie filling!!!!

Seriously though, I'm pleased that Cam called some people out. It sure as hell beats him saying " well, we all did our best but, gosh darn, it just wasn't good enough" I would be angry of he wasn't pissed after that performance.

Whether some of you like it or not Cam is our leader now and I will support him as fanactically I did Jake because he will be here for long time.

On a side note I get so incredibly infuriated at the way this kid is treated nationally that I fully expect fans of our team to have his back.

Wharton is one of the all time great panther linemen. Underestimated go do your homework. DO YOUR HOMEWORK

 

He is frusterated cuz he has no one to throw too. He stands in the pocket for 5 or 6 seconds no one open he takes a sack.
