Something Cam Said...

I'd say thats a pretty reasonable statement to make.  If all 11 guys on the field do their job on every down, you'll win every game.  It only takes one guy not doing their job to ruin a play, which can be 7 points either way.

Statements like these are pretty much the only ones Cam can make after a loss.

Cam seemed to call out players on the team without naming names. He talked about how sometimes there were only 7 or 8 guys doing their job on offense and alluded to not everyone wanting it as bad.

Do you think he's starting to get frustrated by the lack of talent around him?

Especially on that 4th and 1. There is no way Cam doesn't get in the end zone unless someone is just getting pushed back into him.

Cam said he tripped over Wharton...

Are you serious? You can't be. As much as I'm accused of being a "CamFan". You can't find a single post to back up your claims. FYI this ain't a Cam bashing thread it's actually bashing the team around him and me noticing that he might be sick of it. Yesterday I made a thread about how he needs to demand more weapons.

So what the fug are you talking about??

Has to be true or people wouldnt be pieing my comment. I don't have time to go through your history but you know what u've done the huddle doesn't forget much.

The problem with this team is, they don't like to fix their problems. They will lean on the strongest person, in this case Cam, and push him to work harder to cover up for the team's weakest link. They will also pressure him to make fewer and fewer of his own mistakes so as to minimize the teams real holes. Problem is, when he's not having a good day, no one is there to help him up. And all folks are focused on is what he's doing and not the team as a whole. Many of you fans seem to share that attitude also.

The difference between the two teams isn't their QBs, it's the teams as a whole. Remember the 49ers was a winning team with Alex under center right before Colin got the nod when he went down. Where as The Panthers team was struggling as a team since 2008 and placed endless pressure on the QBs to rescue the team when the writing was already on the wall. The foolishness is still being played out with Cam under center.

Question is: What is it going to take to wake this team and some of you up?

It's the Lebron syndrome. When he was in Cleveland the team sat around hoping he would make a play. Same thing I see with Cam. I remember Cam's rookie season when Rivera said the team needed to catch up to Cam's play. I want Cam to remain a Panther, but I don't want to see talent wasted. He better make sure this team gets him some help before he resigns.

The problem with Cam is that I believe he takes it all on himself. You can't tell him he doesn't have enough talent around him to win, but I think he's starting to realize it and that's what this thread was about.

I don't think he's leaving, but remember when Lebron finally realized he didn't have enough talent around him he took his talents to South Beach.

I've been around since they reset pie. I don't post every time i feel the need and its not for u to be impressed with.

You obviously don't pay attention if you think I'm a Cam hater. I've never once said I wanted him off the team. I stated that I wanted the team to draft AJ Green and that I had to learn to love Cam, but I've done nothing but overly defend him on this board. So much so that I've repeatedly been called a "Cam Fan" your ignorance is clearly showing.
