Sat down today and we were all pumped but somebody two rows behind me was taking bets on the first play.

 

I said Deangelo up the middle for one. 

 

He went for two. Ignore Deangelo for those who dont like him... RBS are plug and play these days. We can gameplan around any of the three we have.

 

Give me more meat on the OL.

1. CB - Munnerlyn and Florence are free agents, leaving Melvin White, Josh Thomas and Josh Norman (remember him?) It's remarkable how our coaches masked such a great deficiency throughout the season. 

 

2. WR - LaFell, Ginn and Hixon are FA. Re-signing Ginn will be a priority and should be relatively cheap. I think La Fell and Hixon are gone. LaFell is talented but not dependable enough to warrant a long term deal. Some interesting prospects in Tavares King, McNutt and Pilares add depth as 3 and 4 WR types.

 

3. OL - Gross, Chris Scott, Hangartner, Jeff Byers, Garry Williams, Wharton and Bruce Campbell are FA. Re-signing Gross is a no-brainer, the rest of these guys are garbage. Having guys like Silatolu and Kugbila come back from injury will help but we need to solve the RT spot. Don't be surprised if Nate Chandler gets a shot at replacing Byron Bell next year.
