Cam showed no improvement? What 16 games did you watch all season? Despite poor weapons and a declining offensive line, Cam had a career best completion percentage, a career high in touchdown passes, and had twice as many game winning drives than his first two seasons combined.

Think the Shula hate mainly comes from the fact we went from being one of the top teams in both points and yards these last few years to one of the leagues worst this year.

I am no Shula fan and I stated before that I doubt a single top 25 college program would hire him for the same position, BUT this team has ZERO offensive talent.

For the LOVE OF GOD get Cam some PLAYMAKERS...not just WRs...BUT big, tall, physical, playmaking targets...

 

Not great route runners, not speeders...he needs someone to bail him out. Steve Smiths...just bigger...not Wes Welkers...not desean jacksons...Andre Johnsons...Dwayne Bowes...Julio Jones...

 

We do that and we can move our offense from bottom 25 to about 12th.

Shula got by purely on cam newton, the defense, and lucky breaks. that's not really the mark of a high class OC. He needs to be gone.

BTW, why does everyone keep talking about offensive line...they played fine. Cam Newton held the ball a couple of times too long and Shula seems to call too many slow developing plays.

Shula is definitely a problem.  His play calling today was terrible.  Running 8 minutes off the clock in the 3rd quarter, down by 10 with dink and dunk plays is a sin.  The offense was put in a position to fail.
