It is embarrassing how badly this team fell apart in this game.  It was a total collapse by everyone involved.

OLine, DLine did not play up to par

Cam had some good streaks, but also mistakes

Secondary was not the same after Mikell exited

Play calling was spotty, some good, some bad

Loss of discipline on D several times

Steve Smith hobbled

Refs blacking out most of the first half.

Just not a smart football team today, Trying to be chippy at home which they should be able to get away with some of it but not today not with Carl Cheffers at the helm

Bottom line, we aren't going anywhere until we shed these ridiculous contracts for our running backs, and actually start building around our quarterback.

And that's why I think we need to tag and trade Hardy. We can't lock ourselves into another big contract like that right now. Too many other others and not enough money to properly fill those needs.

It's clear during games like these we lack playmakers. We need to gain some picks, draft well and draft weapons. This is a great draft to try and build a playmaking offense around your QB. Really no excuses.

This season was a failure yet again, when it could've been much more. The people who blew it will be rewarded and the cycle will continue when the Panthers try to earn one or two playoff appearances every decade.
