It says its because they know the refs will not call pass interference on every play, so they interfere on every pass pretty much

i can see how it looks like they deliberately interfere on every pass...but seattle's secondary plays the ball first, their man second.

the way you beat the seahawks is running the ball run the ball run the ball get those safeties to cheat up then play action over top. if you go in to the game trying to pass the ball all over the field on the seahawks you may as well start the bus right now.

I've been saying this for years. Not necessarily with Seattle, but that the officials won't call the penalty every play so take the one defensive holding or PI and just do it all the time. Officials won't dare call three PI's in a row regardless of how blatant it is.
