Cam also doesn't "have the benefit" of receivers who come back to the ball in order for him to successfully scramble and throw. 

 

You know how many times I've seen Cam look down field to throw, and his receivers don't come back to the ball or get themselves open. 

 

Wilson's just throwing the ball up high on so many plays, knowing his receivers can catch the ball (or make sure it's not intercepted if uncaught ). 

U know, I stopped and thought about that move and realized that Cam did do a move similar to that. I remembered seeing it. I believe it was a home game this season. I want to say it was against the Pats, but the team won't come to mind.  It was the one where he threw it to Smitty. He ran to his right and looked like he was about to run for a down himself but saw Smitty and threw a low ball to him to move the chain.

 

One of the many things that bother me about some of these Panthers' fans, is not only how quick they are at giving credit to other QBs with way better offense than their own, but when u call them out, they turn around and attack Cam even harder because their egos are bruised. The same behavior we see from those in the media. Cam proves them wrong and instead of showing some humility and let it go, they instead double down.

Yeah, Cam has done that  a few times, but his receivers don't come back to the ball. 

 

One time last year, Cam got intercepted (throwing to Lafell), cause the receiver was smart enough to come back to the ball, but Lafell just looked and waited, despite the pressure on Cam, and his subsequent roll out because of it.
