It's a cool move. but it's not advantage over just Cam but all the young QBs.  Plus, Cam doesn't have the benefit of a damn good offense, something it seems you just want to ignore.

Cam also doesn't "have the benefit" of receivers who come back to the ball in order for him to successfully scramble and throw. 

 

You know how many times I've seen Cam look down field to throw, and his receivers don't come back to the ball or get themselves open. 

 

Wilson's just throwing the ball up high on so many plays, knowing his receivers can catch the ball (or make sure it's not intercepted if uncaught ).

They always talk about R. Wilson's scrambling then throws. However, they never talk about the receivers who come back to the ball and/or get themselves open while he's scrambling.

If those were Panther receivers, no catches would have ever been made.

Yeah I remember we brought this up in another thread. Had a couple of examples where Cam extending the play and both Ginn and Lafell were standing and watching
