My question for Newton is are you ready for Aldon Smith?

Lol at the bottom one.

Doing an inside move with the only other defender on that side a lb 10 yards deep full speed towards the sideline covering a hb is a very go way to see Cam take off for att least 10-15 yards (or of course a pass for at least the same of the lb leaves the hb and goes after Cam.

So you are asking if Cam is ready to take off for huge gains when Smith blows his assignments? Simple answer: Yes

I read recently that the National Football League, the Carolina Panthers football organization and Bank of America in relevance to the 1-12-14 1pm EST  National Football League conference divisional championship contest will require all players of the San Francisco 49er's football organization........

...to sign and have notarized an insurance waiver specifically releasing those aforementioned parties of any liabilities resulting in emotional trauma and/or physical injuries in the loss of said contest upon entrance into the Bank of America stadium on that stated date.

Each player will be required to sign an individual waiver and be subjected to a post game lie detector test to ascertain the denial of such injury and loss subject to prosecution of the abandonment of their fan base.

Extension to a Federal Grand Jury investigation will be implemented in the event of any non-compliance to this directive by the National Football League.

If you look youll notice when he throws the lineman down, he stepped to the right to cover incase Rodgers were to try to scramble.  So he'd have expected and defended it. There's a reason he has 42 sacks in 43 games.

He can even shake 2 blocks to get to the qb.

Or even use the opposing team to help him stop their own run game with the same inside move

When all these folks are talking about Cam and the Panther's defense as if he's more part of them than the Offense, that tells me that Cam is the Panthers' Offense.

Yet, when they talk about 49ers, all these Offensive and Defensive guys names are mentioned. Colin clearly has weapons around him and all Cam has is the Panthers Defense and a path-work of players on Offense.

If I had a team, I would take the kid who has shown me for the past three seasons, that he is determined fighter who will work with anyone to help their team win. You folks can have Colin. Like the kid but it's clear Cam is the better QB of the two because he's doing so much with so little.

Yes it works this time because the tackle over pursuits and rodgers wants to stays in the pocket.

Your problem is that Gross will not over pursuit but instead ride Smith inside at which point cam is long gone.
