I honestly started the thread in peace and tried to be respectful (the stuff I put at the end was meant to be funny), but man I didn't expect to get attacked like that, and I sure didnt expect fans of a team who's only existed 19 years and who've never win anything be so cocky and arrogant. Couldn't believe how they thought this game was an easy W for them.

The refs missed some calls, but it wasn't the difference in the game. All but the personals foul on Vernon were good calls. They missed a couple like the head butt, but it wasn't like we mugged a receiver in the end zone that they didn't call.

Yes they helped, but considering the **** call in the Saints game this year that cost us the #1 overall seed and the SB last year, I don't feel bad for getting a couple calls.

When the refs cost you a ring, then we can talk. Until then, I don't wanna hear anything about NFL refs.

There is a ref crisis in the NFL no doubt and the league has to do something about it.

I know I'm on enemy territory and there are some Niner trolls on here, but I wasn't one of them.

49ers fans get this through your thick skulls. What we Panthers fans are trying to say here is. We don't care who didn't play the last time and who you got back now. Our team is one of the best in the NFL right now. We beat you,Pats, Saints with a split of games and so on. We have proven we can beat y'all with no problem. So take your excuses back your forums. We will see you on the field Sunday. Be prepare for a complete butt kicking of a life time.

That may happen, but if it does I'm fine, because Seattle fans haven't been all that arrogant, even if they are loud and boisterous. But even on the 49er boards there wasn't nearly as much disrespect for the opponent that I've seen here (in fact many were down right sure the 49ers would lose). I don't know if it's just general ignorance about how good the NFC West teams when healthy (like when Arizona beat you 22-6), or if it's really just arrogance, but either way the general custom is if you talk smack you should be fed delicious crow if you lose.

No one was saying SF wasn't a good team, clearly they are, which was why we were all so happy when we won in November.  A lot of us felt the media was disrespecting the Panthers by not giving us any chance.    We lost, it happens.  I actually think SF is one of the few teams that can beat Seattle in Seattle, but if all you can do is be an asshole, crawl back to Cali.

yeah, we are pretty tolerant of the enemy, yes some take it too far, but that is expected is it not? On a place like the Huddle where everybody gets away with almost anything within reason without getting banned, not many MBs will do that from I have read.
