When we played the 49ers in week 10- it was Nate Chandler's first game as the starting RG. IIRC, he played just well enough for us to get by.

Since then, he has had way more experience against 6 other teams with some pretty good D-lines (Pats, Jets, Saints x2). I think that the O-line was a carousel at the LG and RG position all year up until that 49ers game when Wharton and Chandler solidified it.

 

Hopefully our O-line can help keep Cam upright and making plays.

Scott and bell have got to play well, we have to est some sort of running game on this defense. We cannot allow them to pin their ears back and come on every down. I'm hoping for a steady dose of Tolbert and Stewart and bust deangelo loose on some big plays.

Scott is only playing a limited roll since he has returned. Chandler has remained the starter.

I believe you may be correct, but.. but.. but.. but, the WWL has already been spinning stories about how depleted the 49ers offensive line was when we played them. Haha

 

It won't matter in the end, our team knows what we are capable of. Once we beat the 49ers, they won't even give us credit for that most likely. It will just all be about how San Fran missed an opportunity to get back to the NFCCG.

Aldon usually lines up on Gross's side, but he moves around the line a bit and will drop back to find other entry points in the OLine.

Not true! We won the last game and who are they all talking about??? The 49ers. They talk about who ever is in the bigger market. This is nothing new to the Carolina Panthers faithful. We have all seen this sooooo many times, it is pretty much expected now.
