It'd be cool if they divvied up Jon's share and sold stocks to the public so fans could own a small piece of the team.

 

Always thought they should convert the PSL's to stocks and then sell shares to the public.  Would solve the issue of PSL's whenever the team builds a new stadium.

I'm surprised the operating agreement did not contain a succession plan or at least a right of first refusal to the current owners.
