Lol i feel there are more people WANTING to call out racism, then there actually is racism. This had nothing to do with Cam being black, white, yellow, or even green. Fact is, running QBs dont have a history of success. Of course Cam could change all of that, but most people would perfer a god-given arm (of Brees/Rodgers/Manning) over someone who does the most damage with his legs.

Obviously, within a few years that entire narrative will change with all the successful young stars, but as of now, i wouldnt expect anything different of people's "wants"

 

Disagree with this in a couple of ways.

 

1) There have been any number of successful QB's that also ran. Guys like Tarkenton, Elway, Cunningham, Steve Young and even Aaron Rodgers. There just aren't that many athletes than have good mobility, good arms and smarts all in one package, so with a smaller sample size, of course they wouldn't have the same number of "successes" as pure pocket passers.

 

2) Cam does not do most of his damage with his legs. Not even close.
