Via twitter...Says he is feeling good,lets hope he is ready to go..cross our fingers.With Smitty not 100%,Stewart out of the backfield would sure help the slant and short passing game.

Zod, you're around the team more then any of us.  Do you know what JStew's problem is, or why he can't get healthy?  He seemed pretty happy on the "This is Gross" segment he did a couple of weeks back.  If this guy can't go when we need him most, we've got to find a way to cut ties with him, what's the best way to do that?

Im not flaming when i say this, but id rather him not play unless its an emergency situation. I feel like deangelo has finally gotten into a rhythm now that hes been getting a full workload. As weve seen deangelo is one of those running backs that gets progressively better as the game goes on and he gets in a rhythm, and the only way that can happen is if hes getting about 15-20 carries

Cutting ties with Stewart would absolutely destroy our salary cap. He is a Panther for at least a few more seasons.
