Jameis Winston shows respect to Cam

He's not nearly as good as cam. He's not nearly as big or fast. He cant run nearly as well. But he is really young

Sent from my SCH-I545 using CarolinaHuddle mobile app

He is a better passer than cam.....the guy is still a fresh man...the sky is still high for him

"I wanted to be in that situation because that's what great quarterbacks do," Winston said. "That's what the Tom Bradys, Peyton Mannings, Drew Brees, that's what they do."

Funny how they edited out Cam in the quote in this article...seriously, why do that, other than media bias?

Wilbon must have read this, because he read the quote on PTI and didn't say Cam's name.

There are obvious differences between them as passers but at times last night I thought it was Cam throwing for FSU. Jameis is a big time talent.

I would love Benjamin at 30th-32nd, but if Moncrief is available take him without hesitation.

I don't know what's better: your gravatar or sig...

Yea i saw that too.....they don't see cam as their prototypical qb.....thats why he doesnt get credit for his 4 game winning drives this season....which is most in the NFL...just look at luck against the chiefs....they wanted to induct him into the hall of fame

Aren't cam and Jameis the only QB's to play one season of college ball and win a heisman and a national championship?

I don't know, but the only players to go undefeated, win the heisman, and the national championship are Jameis, Cam, and....... the great................. Matt Leinart.

Moncrief at best is a second round pick. Stop it sir. Just stop it.

Yeah, ummm, no. Moncrief is lethal once he has the ball in his hands, he can absorb big shots and pull down receptions down the middle of the field, he's a very smooth route-runner and manages to get a great amount of separation.

Stop it. Just stop it.

Based off who? u? Show me one scout or analyst that has him going in the first round. I question his route running and separation personally. There's to many guys better than him that will go in the first. Period.

What I will find interesting is how the media will react IF we win it all.  Will they finally give Cam his due respect or will the storyline be that defenses can win championships in the modern NFL and compare Cam to the likes of Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson - game managers who rode great defenses to championships?  If I had to bet, I'd wager on that latter.  I just hope we get to find out.

Even in his highlights, this guy is not a natural catcher of the ball and let's the ball get in to his chest. He doesn't high point the ball very well at all. On top of that he's not even a very good blocker. I'm not even sure he was the best wr on his team this year.

This guy is Lafell without being as good of a blocker. Not a first round talent in a deep class.
