I haven't been, myself, but I'm pretty sure that is where it is.  Hatter will obviously know for sure.  Pretty sure they get close to Church in the lot you marked here.

It is $30 to park in that lot.  But you can park a couple blocks away for much less.

Pretty sure the deck right across 3rd street is only $10 because it's a parking deck and not a lot.

If you are taking the light rail then get off at the 3rd Street/Convention Center stop.  Then walk up two blocks...cross College and then Tryon.  The lot is right there on your left.

 

We usually tailgate down closer to Church St in the lot.

 

I will make a post in this thread early Sat morning once we get there and pick the spot....prob posting around 6-6:30AM

Yes it is.

 

You can also park in the deck at the Charlotte Plaza (on College and 3rd)....right behind The Ale House.  It is only $5 and is only a block away.

 

However, it is a bitch getting out of that lot for about 30-45 min.  When I park in there, I usually come back to the tailgate after the game or head over to Strike City in the Epicenter for about 45 min.

i'll be parking for free out of town. taking the lynx in to charlotte so in reality its more like 4-5 dollars but hey that beats 30

lynx is $4 round trip.

 

Also...see my post above on the lynx light rail.  Get off at the 3rd Street/Convention Center stop and walk 2 blocks.
