FSU - Auburn Game Thread

I'm in the same boat. That's why I keep shouting Matthews' name from the mountain tops. Even with Jordan Rodgers as his QB, he managed to have multiple amazing seasons. And then, when Rodgers left, he didn't fall off a bit.

Oh, he's also jerry rice's cousin.

Man, I hope he's there at pick #32 :)

I remember back when we were in the coaching hunt before RIvera. I said if Gus leaves Auburn, I want him here (with our without Cam). Dude knows offense. If you think Chip Kelly was good at adjusting his offense for the NFL, I think you'd be in love with what Gus could do. The guy just flat out knows how to get the most out of an offense. Imagine him as our OC going into Sunday, with him being familiar with Cam and knowing how to get the most out of him....good lord.

Nah, he's a very bright offensive schemer but his offenses depend on lack of defensive discipline and limited progressions.

Exactly Calvin Johnson won the Biletnikoff award (Best WR) with Reggie Ball throwing him the football.

I'm aware. But given that he's only a sophomore and that he has Winston as a QB and a self perceived opportunity to skyrocket his stock along with a notable colleges career, I don't see it as likely.

Especially if FSU loses.

I get all that but from what i understand the dude will be 23 in February. So he will be 24 by the time he steps foot in the NFL if he stays another year. I dont know, that might factor in. will see what happens.

I would agree, but he turns 23 next month. His stock is also at an all time high, he would be best to leave now.
