The problem is it was either holding or pass interference. Fugging Gronk was 8 yards past the ball and he didn't even react like it was a penalty until he saw a flag.

Too bad Brent Musberger can't get the SEC's D out of his mouth long enough to compliment Florida State. Even hands back door compliments to the SEC by saying ish like "Jimbo modeled his ENTIRE program after the SEC." Not Auburn, Alabama, Florida, or LSU but the SEC as a whole. Auburn can blame this loss entirely on their defensive backs being total morons in the last drive. One thing I can't stand about college football is how poorly technique is taught at that level, these kids play like complete imbeciles at times.

 

I wasn't really impressed with Winston. The vast majority of his best plays came from short passes turned into YAC, and that's not a marker of a quality quarterbacking at the next level. Ball placement was erratic and he didn't have much in the way of progressions. Almost everything was limited to a half-field read.
